The fund Roza Vetrov began it's activity as a social movement in 1995. In 1999 it got legal status as a nonprofit organization CHILDREN'S CHARITABLE FUND ART FESTIVAL -ROZA VETROV. By organazing social programs for children's and youth's creative work (competitions, seminars, master-classes, publising of magazine “Young heritage keepers”) the fund contibutes to preservation of cultural traditions of different countries and supports talanted children of different nationalities espesialy surrounding by care and attention those in difficult life situations. It unites the children from all over the world cultivates tolerance and respect towards other cultures and religions.

Since 1999 projects organized by the fund are supported by the ministery of Culture and mass media of the Russian federation and by the federal agency for culture and cinematography, by the Moscow government, members of parliament, governers of regions and international organizations and political structures in France, Italy, India, Spain, Israel, Bulgary and other countries.

Every year the fund organizes over 40 social projects in Russia and in other countries with the participation of about 50000 children.

The major social and cultural projects of the CHILDREN'S FUND ART FESTIVAL ROZA VETROV are
•  Annual international festival-competition for children and youth art Roza Vetrov (held in november)
•  Festival WORKSHOP in the town of Sochi
•  International festival Roza Vetrov in France (in april and in july)
•  International festival Roza Vetrov in Italy (september)
•  Annual Festival-competition of children's theater companies “Magic theater” in Sochy (january) and in Suzran (august)
•  Project “World around us” for the young painters sculptures and artists.

CHILDREN'S CHARITABLE FUND ART FESTIVAL - ROZA VETROV is one of the creators of international social movement (partnership) for supporting children's and youth social projects “Art of the world” .

The main aims of this organisation are:
- to unite the forces of the international organisations for supporting talented children
- to support social programs
- to create cultural unity preserving at the same time national pecularities
- promote tolerance, refuse of vilence by creating programs for children and youth
- represent and defend common interests in the domain of culture, education, social sphere
